No results - No charge!

Upon receipt, broken transmitters are automatically inspected by UCG at absolutely no charge. Most broken transmitters can be repaired and made fully operational. However, some simply cannot and are permanently damaged. There is no charge if we are unable to provide you with a repaired transmitter.

The broken transmitters that you send to UCG which can be fixed are repaired, held and made available to purchase immediately if you wish, or to purchase later on at any time when you may need them. You do not pay anything until you want to purchase a repaired transmitter.

In this economy you simply cannot afford to be down the two (2) business days that it takes to overnight your broken transmitter to us and get a replacement back. In those cases, we can ship a repaired replacement transmitter to you the same day you order it from UCG.

UCG will charge a refundable deposit (core charge) on top of the regular repair price and mail a working transmitter on the day of your request. The deposit (core charge) will be refunded back to you as soon as we receive your broken transmitter.
